Just me parading around yelling about how Static Shock should have been crossed over with Teen Titans... Yarg!
The characters? Well Ebon rocked, so he'd have to be the big baddie from Static's end, and I figure BlackFire might have some fun with the big bad from Dakota City. Why does StarFire look sad? No clue, I just wanted to draw her looking sad...

Thanks! I'm probably going to be playing around with Static stuff a bit more, I'd forgotten how much I loved the series until I started drawing this and had to keep myself from tossing too many characters in there :)

I understand completely. Static had his own following since WB and even starred in Justic League in one episode (though that show has WAY TOO MANY superheroes in it).

I have to admit I actually like the huge number of superheros in JLU, though I have to admit in the beginning I think they focused on the wrong ones (i.e Hawk and Dove... why? Although that sub-plot with the Question rocked all kinds of hard :))
